What happens after I order?

You can expect your marketing campaign to start within 48 hours.

Once it's active, we'll send you an email and you'll be able to start seeing people coming to your store on the Analytics page of your Shopify store in the "Online store sessions" chart.

Can I still make changes after ordering?

You can make changes to your marketing subscription by contacting us with your Order ID or your email on file.

Changes you can make includes:

  • Changing your URL
  • Changing your keywords

Changes are applied to your subscription for the following months' renewal.

What's your cancellation policy?

We have a hassle-free cancellation policy.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account here, or by contacting our support team using our Contact page.

What's your refund policy?

We have a no hassle refund policy and provide prorated refunds based on your unused credit, minus $10 campaign setup fee.

For example, if you have a $30/month plan with us and would like to cancel after 15 days, you would be entitled to $10 ($30 - $10 setup fee, prorated for 15 of 30 days)

To request a refund, reach out to us using our Contact page and a member of our team will be able to refund your order within 48 hours.

What are my targeting options?

For our Standard, Standard+ and Pro plans we offer keyword targeting and retargeting.

Keyword Targeting reaches audiences interested in the specific keywords you provide

Retargeting targets audiences who have previously engaged with your store, such as past visitors or customers. It effectively reduces Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and helps reconvert former customers. However, consider disabling this option if your goal is solely to attract new customers
