Refund policy

You can easily cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your customer portal and clicking on 'Cancel', or by emailing our support team.

Our refund policy is a simple and hassle free way for customers to get refunds for their subscriptions.

Monthly Plan Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full 100% refund if:

  • Your order was placed within the last 48 hours and has not yet gone live yet.

You are eligible for a prorated partial refund if:

  • Your campaign is currently active. In such cases, a $10 fee for initial campaign setup will be deducted, and the remaining balance of your campaign will be calculated on a prorated basis and refunded to you.

 

Annual and Semi-Annual Plan Refund Policy

You are eligible for a full 100% refund if:

  • Your order was placed within the last 48 hours and has not yet gone live yet.

You are eligible for a prorated partial refund if:

  • Your campaign is currently active. In such cases, a 10% admin fee for your campaign setup will be deducted, and the remaining balance of your campaign will be calculated on a prorated basis and refunded to you.

 

You are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • If you are receiving traffic but not making sales, as we do not guarantee sales.
  • If you've received traffic from our marketing plan for a prior month and would like a refund for that month. We do not offer free trials.
