What's your refund policy?
We have a no hassle refund policy and provide prorated refunds based on your unused credit, minus $10 campaign setup fee.
To request a refund, reach out to us using our Contact page and a member of our team will be able to refund your order within 48 hours.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can easily cancel anytime by logging into your account and clicking on the Cancel button, or by emailing our support team.
