While most of our customers see results, we can't guarantee everyone will get sales or conversions.

The way our Shopify advertising works is that we'll drive visitors to your website based on your campaign and target settings, but there's no guarantee these visitors will end up making purchases. This is similar to other ad networks like Google Ads or Facebook Ads.

What happens after I order?

Once you order, our team will begin building your campaign. This typically takes 24 - 48 hours. Once your campaign is live, we'll send you a notification email.

Can I make changes after ordering?

Absolutely! Just send us a message with your order ID or the email you used to place the order and we'll be happy to help!

You can make changes to the following:

- Your target geography (for applicable plans)

- Your targeting keywords (for applicable plans)

You cannot make changes to the following:

- Your target landing page / URL

Do you have a refund policy?

We have a no hassle refund policy and provide prorated refunds based on your unused credit, minus $10 campaign setup fee.

For example, if you have a $30/month plan with us and would like to cancel
after 15 days, you would be entitled to $10 ($30 - $10 setup fee,
prorated for 15 of 30 days)

To request a refund, reach out to us using our Contact page and a member of our team will be able to refund
your order within 48 hours.
